MEET THE OWNERS
MICHAEL PERGOLA
Michael didn’t set out to be just another name in the solar industry — he set out to disrupt it. Born and raised in Smithtown, NY, and armed with an Economics degree from the University of New Haven, Michael entered the solar world and quickly saw the problem: slick talk, shady deals, and pressure tactics designed to confuse homeowners. He hated it.
So he built Truth Solar — a company rooted in transparency, integrity, and straight answers. No games. No gimmicks. Just honest solar solutions that actually make sense.
Michael’s mission is simple: raise the bar for the industry and give Long Island homeowners the truth they deserve.
COLIN GEIER
Colin brings a sharp financial mind and a deep-rooted commitment to community to Truth Solar. With a Master’s degree in Finance from Florida State University, Colin is driven by a passion for building things that make a real impact.
He and Michael have been friends since childhood, both growing up in Smithtown. Together, they saw the problems plaguing the solar industry and knew they could do better.
Truth Solar was born out of that vision: two young local guys starting something real for their neighbors. Today, Colin helps lead the company with a focus on smart solutions, honest service, and building long-term relationships with the people they serve.
